Long overdue

Long time no post. I did not mean to go on such a long hiatus but I've been experiencing creative block. I don't know what is happening. It is kind of frustrating. I even tried going through old photos but I didn't like any of my previous work. They make me cringe every time I see them which is good (I guess). I've got 2 weeks left of school and hopefully I'll be able to concentrate enough and come up with something.

Still playing around with picasa. If you follow my instagram (not a lot of people lol) you'll know this picture. Another multiple exposure of a self portrait and a chandelier. Conceptual Aisha, Yes? Maybe? hehe. Anyway hope everyone is having a great summer or something. I'll see you soon.

The one with the desert.

Helloooooo!

I am finally back with a new post. Here is our long awaited trip to the desert. I tried sand boarding and fell on my ass and got poked on the wrist by a falcon but it was fun.

MARCH POST

Hey! So first of all, it was hard to pick out my favourite but I managed to narrow it down to 9 and brought it down further. This wasn't even a planned shoot. I just got a call, picked up my gear, set up and began shooting. Isn't she just the cutest with those dimples? lol

I am going on break for about 2-3weeks. This may or may not be my last post of the month (we'll see). If however it is the last for the month then to those having spring break, have fun and enjoy. See you in a few weeks.

UPDATE

Hey guys, this has been an entertaining week. I went for 2 events organised by GPP (gulf photo plus). I had the opportunity to meet 2 amazing photographers by the name Lindsay Adler and Zack Arias. They both gave a really good presentation which covered "getting inspiration" and conquering fear in street photography. It has been an amazing week and I'm so glad. I also got my book signed and even caught a glimpse of Gregory Heisler and David Alan Harvey. It is an experience that will stay with me forever.  The week was suppose to end with a shoot out between Zack and Sara Lando but I unfortunately missed out on it by a few minutes. It was a full house.

Oh and after all the hassle, I've given in. I created an instagram (ai_rmy12). Care to follow? Thank you :D. Have a great weekend.
